When you join the local branch of this national nonprofit as their new HR Manager, your work will help shape the direction of internal programs. This position is centered around employee relations. Under the mentorship of the VP of People & Culture, you’ll manage, train, and coach staff. Additionally, you’ll manage the recruiting and hiring process and continually review procedures for areas of improvement. This role doesn’t just support people – it supports teams and ensures that everyone is getting what they need to be successful in their work. Strong communication is a given in this role – you’ll have three direct reports who’ll look to you for guidance. When you join, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in various committees that influence the organization and its DEI efforts.
