Key Responsibilities

Supports sourcing and selection processing activities, including:
  • Collecting, entering, and maintaining new hire data
  • Scheduling pre-placement testing/assessment dates and interviews
  • Collecting, validating, and processing employment-related information for new hires (excludes benefit or payroll processing);
  • Activities may include record setup, I-9 processing, license verification, criminal background checks, medical clearance review, fingerprinting, and validation of documentation

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed:
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of customer service, data entry, call center or related administrative experience required
  • 1 year or more staffing experience
  • Understanding of staffing, recruiting and operations practices, programs and plans required
  • Demonstrated good judgment and confidentiality required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service required
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment required
  • Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy required
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and databases required
  • Ability to work on special projects, in addition to typical workload, with minimal supervision
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack:
  • College degree preferred
  • 3 or more years HR experience
  • Process Management skills
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations preferred
  • Experience using Taleo or other applicant tracking systems (i.e. iCIMS) is preferred
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (i.e. PeopleSoft and COMPAS)
