About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Partner and work closely with our People Team to hire talented team members who love pets! You will be responsible for managing and owning the full cycle recruiting process to help build teams at The Vets.

• Develop and identify creative solutions for sourcing diverse, technical, and professional talent for our teams in the North America market
• Engage active and passive talent through resume screening, networking, referrals, etc.
• Provide candidates with an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Use data to make recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Partner and People Team to help inform our Talent Acquisition strategy
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related fields
• 1 - 3 years of professional experience in managing the full-cycle recruiting process from initial resume review to extending verbal and written offers
• Proficient in Comeet, Greenhouse, Google Suite and Slack
• Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies (via LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, etc.)
• Excellent boolean search skills
• Previous or current experience working in an agency recruitment firm is highly preferred
  

Salary & Benefits:

• $65,000 - $75,000 base salary + Discretionary year-end bonus

***This is a hybrid role. Candidates will work remotely many days, but will be required to be located in/near one of the following cities: Miami, Austin, or London, Ontario office.***
