Key Responsibilities:

  • Posts job advertisements for our GP, ER & Specialty Openings
  • Recruits for all credentialed positions within a hospital(Doctors & Veterinary Technicians)
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants
  • Negotiates offers
  • Utilizes social media and other networking platforms to proactively reach out to prospects and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Establishes relationships with veterinary schools and other industry associations
  • Seeks innovative new sourcing strategies
  • Attends career fairs and other relevant veterinary networking events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of direct recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Strong talent sourcing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Organizational skills
  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
